How to return an item?
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the product (proof of delivery from La Poste serving as proof) to exercise his right of withdrawal from Manigance, without necessarily having to provide reasons for his decision.Any return request must therefore be made within 15 days of receipt of the order.
Simply return the products to us at the following address, writing on a plain piece of paper to be slipped into the package your name , order number and, if possible, reason for return for each of the items:

The return is the responsibility of the customer. You will also receive an email informing you that your return has been received.Please note , take precautions before each return. The product must not:

have already been washed or worn outside

to have been stripped of its label

to have been damaged, torn, cracked

have traces of makeup
Other items that are not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
All products are guaranteed new. Maintenance advice is provided on each product sheet. The customer is required to take them into consideration in order to preserve the quality of their item. Galilée cannot be held responsible for any shrinkage, discoloration or any other deterioration due to improper use.
How can I get a refund or exchange for my order?
Once the order has been returned following the procedure, you will receive an email informing you of the shipment of the exchanged item or the confirmation of the refund.
Reimbursement will be made upon receipt of your returned item, and after having carried out the above checks.
However, it may take several days before it appears on your account; the timeframes vary depending on the banking establishment.
If your order has not been shipped and you decide to cancel it, please write to us at contact@manigance.fr as soon as possible so that we can take care of it quickly.
