1. Application of the general conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed by the customer on the website www.manigance.fr .
Any order placed on the site implies prior acceptance of said T&Cs on the part of the customer.

Manigance reserves the right to adapt or modify the general conditions of sale at any time without prior notice to the customer. The version of the general conditions that will apply to the customer's order will be the one appearing on the website www.manigance.fr at the time the order is placed.

 

2. Purchase price and delivery costs

The prices displayed on www.manigance.fr are indicated in euros including tax, excluding shipping costs. The legal VAT is obviously included in the final price.
Price changes may be made by www.manigance.fr at any time, but products will be billed as they appeared at the time the order was placed.

Any change in the legal VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products presented on the site, on the date stipulated by the implementing decree.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the type of product ordered as well as the quantity. Shipping prices are indicated during the checkout process.

 

3. Payment

Payment is made at the end of the ordering process. To do this, the customer can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via their PayPal or Stripe account. All payments made on the www.manigance.fr website are secure. Under no circumstances will Manigance use its customers' banking information for its own purposes.
In addition, Manigance reserves the right to refuse to carry out a transaction, a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer with whom a payment dispute is currently being administered.

 

4. Product availability and maintenance

Available stocks are displayed on the product pages. However, it may happen that the last product is ordered at the same time by two customers. In this case, Manigance will do what is necessary to restock within 48 hours in order to quickly ship all orders placed.
If restocking is not possible, Manigance will not fail to notify the customer and offer an immediate refund or an exchange for an equal amount.

All products are guaranteed new. Maintenance advice is provided on each product sheet. The customer is required to take them into consideration in order to preserve the quality of their item. Manigance cannot be held responsible for any shrinkage, discoloration or any other deterioration due to improper use.

 

5. Validation of orders

Orders are placed on the website www.manigance.fr .
Once the order has been registered, the customer receives confirmation from Manigance by email, via the email address provided when registering their customer account.

 

6. Delivery

The products displayed on www.manigance.fr are delivered in mainland France (including Corsica) and abroad to the address indicated by the consumer when ordering.

Orders are shipped within 72 hours, on working days. However, if a product is out of stock, a restocking delay may occur. Manigance will do everything possible to ensure rapid restocking, and will inform the customer by email.

The delivery time may also be impacted by one-off events (including partial or total strikes by postal services or carriers). A Colissimo tracking number will be sent to the customer when their package is dropped off at the Post Office.

The customer must verify the accuracy and precision of the information he provides when registering his order. Also, Manigance cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors that may result in a delay or impossibility of delivery.

In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely borne by the customer.

 

7. Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fifteen (15) days from receipt of the product (proof of delivery from La Poste serving as proof) to exercise his right of withdrawal from Manigance, without having to provide reasons for his decision.

Any return request must therefore be made within 15 days of receipt of the order. The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used when ordering once the returned product has been received by Manigance.

Manigance guarantees the refund or exchange of items provided that all items are returned without having been washed or worn outdoors, without having had their labels removed, without having been damaged/torn/cracked and without having any traces of makeup.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

8. Proof of transaction

In his customer account, the customer will be able to find the archives of his past orders and will receive an invoice by e-mail. The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is ensured by Manigance and can be produced as proof if necessary.

 

9. Product Warranty

In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, the provisions hereof cannot deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional seller to guarantee him against all the consequences of hidden defects in the product sold.

The customer is expressly informed that Manigance is not the producer of the products presented on www.Manigance-paris.com , within the meaning of law n°98-389 of May 19, 1998 and relating to liability for defective products.

Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a defect in the product, only the liability of the producer of the product may be sought by the consumer, on the basis of the information appearing on the product packaging.

 

10. Intellectual property

The texts, comments, images, photos and illustrations on the site www.manigance.fr are reserved under copyright law.

In accordance with the intellectual property code, any total or partial reproduction without our explicit authorization is strictly prohibited.

 

11. Data protection and freedoms

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the consumer has the right to access, rectify, modify and delete their data. They may exercise this right at any time by sending us an email to the following email address contact@manigance.fr . In accordance with the regulations in force, the customer is required to prove his identity and his request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing his signature. The customer must also indicate the address at which he wishes to receive the response to his request. This response will be sent to him within two (2) months following receipt of his request by Manigance.

The personal information and data concerning the customer and requested from the customer are necessary for the management of his order as well as for the commercial relationship established between the latter and Manigance. They may be transmitted to companies that contribute to these relationships such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to allow Manigance to improve and personalize the services it offers and the information it sends to its customers.
